Goal: Setup Area for Volunteer Food
Areas to Setup:
- Volunteer Room
Items Needed:
- Road Case #5 (Volunteer Food Supplies)
- Small Plastic mini-basket crate w/ 64 cardboard squares
- 1 Case Water
- Room Layout Diagram
| If Dance Studio room is not open, find Custodian/Teacher to open door |
| Put Road Case in Dance Studio |
| Grab 16 tables and 72 chairs |
| Arrange tables/chairs per layout drawing |
| Underneath every table leg/foot needs to be 1 piece of cardboard square |
| Put plastic tablecloths on food/drink tables |
| Tape Volunteer sign outside near door with Blue Tape |
| Have custodian lock door |
| Once completed, return to Large Gym |
