NorCal FLL Payment Policy

LAST UPDATED as of November 2021

    1. NorCal FLL Tournament Payment Policy – No Refunds.
      1. Specifically if your team declines to participate in a tournament after paying and registering for any reason, we will not refund any of your payment to Playing At Learning.
      2. If any tournament is cancelled for any reason and not able to be rescheduled,  we will refund $50
      3. Only Exceptions
        • If the team backs out of participating in NorCal BEFORE registering for any tournament list (even as a Wait List team), we will refund $100
        • If Playing At Learning does not have sufficient capacity for your team to participate in the NorCal FLL region at any tournament, we will refund $150
      4. If your team contests the paypal charge or stops payment on a check for any reason, your team will not be able to participate in any future season until the previous Region Support fees are paid AND a certified check or similar that guarantees payment is received.
    2. NorCal FLL Challenge Tournament Change Policy is relevant if your team needs to move to a different tournament after registering for any reason
